The vacant WBC International Straw-weight Silver title bout was to be held in South Africa last August 26th in the city of Phuthaditjhaba Qwaqwa that is in the Eastern Free State.   Sphamandla Baleni against Yudel Reyes  promoted by Elias Tshabalala of Fantastic 2 Boxing Promotions.     The promoter asked for moving the date to next September 30th, but the fight is now seriously in jeopardy as the interested parties have not yet reached an agreement.   The title remains vacant for the time being and the Committee is now very reluctant to confirm the authotization.
